- We don’t offer refunds for any purchases – only exchanges.
- Freebies and items bought during clearance sales are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- We accept returns and exchanges only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. Error on the part of the customer (such as wrong size ordered) will not be honored.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items purchased may be returned and exchanged within 3 days from purchase date only.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs will be shouldered by Thy Kingdom Come.
